MOTHER'S DAY SHIPPING CUTOFF
Place your order no later than 2pm (ET) on Thursday, May 2 to get it in time for Mother's Day.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
We deliver to addresses in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to Canada, South America or the US Virgin Islands. We do not ship to Armed Forces or PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping to the 48 continental US states is a standard flat rate of $5.99. Receive free standard shipping to the continental United States when you spend $125 or more (excl. sales tax). When purchasing a gift card, the value of the gift card does not apply toward the minimum free shipping requirement. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is a flat rate of $30 on all orders. When purchasing a gift card, the amount of the gift card does not apply toward the free shipping minimum.
We offer standard shipping rate which takes 5-8 business days from order receipt to delivery. Your order will ship from our East or West Coast Distribution Center based on delivery location and product availability. Please allow additional order processing time during the Holiday Season.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping Protection must be added at time of purchase and is non-refundable. Please see guidelines below:
- Lost - Stuck in transit Claims must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
- Stolen - Marked as delivered Claims must be filed between 5 and 30 days from when the order was marked delivered.
- Damaged - Claims must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item(s), no later than 30 days from when the order was marked delivered.
